• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/ external clients.
• Manage and schedule meetings/ appointments.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
• Maintain office filling system.
• Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant for a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office and English proficiency.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
SALARY RANGE: GHS 3000 – GHS 4000
